(1) Download the Oracle Client instantclient-basic-nt-11.2.0.3.0 zip.

(2) After decompression, the instantclient_11_2 folder will be placed in the installation directory of Oracle "F: \app\administrator".

(3) in Instantclient_11_2, put the network folder, thenetwork from the Oracle installation directory to test out, in the "F: \app\administrator\product \11.2.0\dbhome_1\network"place. After copying it, copy it to "F: \app\administrator\instantclient_11_2".
