1 Modifying the map redraw bug when the mouse is moving

The map is redrawn when the mouse moves, takes up CPU resources, corrects the map only when the mouse clicks on the selected object or drags the object, greatly saving the Cup resources.

2 new Simple target list display function  

Based on the standard target list display, a simple target list display is added, the standard target list shows flight number, 24-digit address code, altitude, speed and course, and the simple target list shows only the flight number, height, and speed of the target.
