When MMS receives the intent, it will prompt to store full and stop accepting short/MMS messages.

This value is directly defined in the service and is not currently open, so it cannot be configured.

Inside the Alps/frameworks/base/services/java/com/android/server/devicestoragemonitorservice.java.
About 485 lines: Mmemfullthreshold = full_threshold_bytes;
Change to Mmemfullthreshold = (5*mtotalmemory)/100 and the effect can be achieved.

This means that the storage full judgment level is raised to 95% of total.
