Android Studio and Eclipse SDK cannot update the solution, androideclipse
Open SDK Manager and stop updating the connection. Go to Tools> Options at the top of the interface to open the Settings of SDK Manager,

Select Force https ://... Sources to be fetched using http ://...", Use http.

In Windows, open the/etc/hosts file in C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc and add the following addresses:

203.208.46.146 dl.google.com

203.208.46.146 dl-ssl.google.com

Modify the Hosts file in Windows: C: \ WINDOWS \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts
Mac ox:/etc/hosts
