The second method: the Interpolate shape tool is directly used with the arc toolbox->3d Analyst tools-> Functional surface->interpolate shape tool. You can attach a Dem's elevation value to polyline.

Executing this tool will ask you to enter a raster surface, view the attribute table after execution, and change the shape field to indicate that Z-value information has been added to these points.
