1. Asset Classification

The asset administrator classifies the asset information and supports multi-level classification, Four depreciation methods, specified category management personnel, custom asset entry fields (sorted), and custom asset details, manage statistical queries. You can drag the category at the same level to adjust the sorting.

 

2. Asset entries

The asset management personnel enter the asset information name, automatically generate a unique asset code, fill in the price, storage location, start date, original value, depreciation method, depreciation ratio, and configuration details.

Other personnel can view asset entry information, usage, and maintenance information. Supports query of multiple assets, including idle, in-use, repair, and decommission.

 

3. Apply for use

The application is visible to all users. Fill in the information of the applied assets and save the information. The Administrator approves the application and gives an approval comment. After the application is passed, the user obtains the asset.

 

4. Use Registration

Asset management personnel can register the collection and return of assets and support collection and return of assets. If you need to set a return date for the service, and the service is not returned upon expiration, the system automatically reminds the administrator.

 

5. Repair Application

If any problem occurs during the use of the asset, you can submit a repair report to the asset administrator. You only need to fill in the asset questions.

 

6. asset repair

After receiving the repair declaration, the Administrator diagnoses the assets and fills in the repair information, handling comments, handling methods, and whether to replace the new hardware. After the repair is completed, the system automatically notifies the applicant. The system records service data, which is convenient for query and statistics and cannot be deleted.

 

7. Depreciation

The management staff makes depreciation on all assets to track and process various assets. Supports internal queries and quick queries.

 

8. Statistical Report

The management personnel performs asset classification statistics, Department statistics, new asset statistics, maintenance statistics, usage statistics, and time period statistics. Effectively manages, counts, and queries assets.
