Before you start development, register and get an invitation.Code:

Register for azure services

If everything goes well, you should receive two emails, including two invitation codes: Windows Azure, Microsoft. NET services and Microsoft SQL services.

After logging on to Windows Azure, go to the Account Management link and enter the received invitation code to start creating a project.
