As we often encounter projects in reality, it is very dangerous to view projects, but we can continue. This may be like the balance that experts say, and the basis of balance is still system thinking, without systematic thinking and foundation, it is impossible to balance.

I personally feel that the weight of the straw on the truck is second, mainly because it is too large. If I am the truck driver (Project Manager), I would like to explain the cause to all stakeholders, this gives you peace of mind and supports delivery of trucks to your destination.

There are two main tasks:

1,Describe the current situation of trucks (projects) and the ability to complete tasks.Inform the car owner and the customer that the weight of the straw carried by the truck is within the range of the truck, so that they can rest assured that the external view is dangerous and there is a little extra worry, trucks can reach their destination at their current weight.

2,Inform risks and jointly bear the costs and consequences of risk measures.Because the size of the straw is too large, there may be some risks, such as: the road is too narrow, There is a car on the opposite side of the road, if there is a bridge or the door hole height is high enough, whether the site at the destination is large enough to smoothly enter. Due to these risks, do you need risk mitigation and avoidance measures to allow a vehicle to explore the road first and ensure that the road is wide enough, in addition, we also want a car to drive, so that the opposite car can be avoided as much as possible, or choose to drive at night to reduce the probability of a car on the opposite side. Let the owner and the customer know the existence of the risk, and propose risk measures and cost descriptions to check whether the risks are acceptable.
