Cacti Plot No data

Cacti just added a few deep convincing devices, the result graph can come out but the data part shows as Nan.

First step: Login to cacti GUI "console"--"device"--"Find your Devices"--the top right of the interface "data Source list"--click on the diagram shown as Nan--Enter the third line to find "Data source path" , my side is "<path_rra>/110/7071.rrd."

Step two: Log in to cacti Linux bottom, enter cacti's RRA directory This directory is used to store the data of the drawing. My side of the path is/var/www/cacti/rra/behind the path found in the first step. So it was/var/www/cacti/rra/110.

The complete command

cd/var/www/cacti/rra/110

Ls

RRDtool Fetch 7071.RRD AVERAGE

See the results shown are all "Nan"

Delete this file

Mv/var/www/cacti/rra/110/7071.rrd/tmp

Step three: Back to cacti GUI, "console"--"Utilities"---"System Utilities"---"Rebuild poller Cache"
