Cisco AP fat Thin Mutual turn

Recently upgraded 2 APS 1602i 1142N all use power supply module power supply, to its fat AP to thin AP, but the operation found in mode or normal configuration IP in all can not connect to the TFTP server, after many attempts, just flash version is deleted, You can re-tftp to get the new iOS by following these steps:
