Cloud Platform Overview

There are three types of cloud services:

IAAs (Infrastructure as a service), Paas (platform-based service), and SaaS (software as a service ).

1. IAAs:

Such cloud services have long been not a new concept, and IDCs have long been such service providers. If you work for such providers or want to create your own private cloud, or if you have the ability to provide IAAs services on the network, you can study more open-source IAAs platforms, such as openstack and cloudstack. there are many charges, such as virtual machine ware's Virtual Machine System. I have played cloudstack because it is not that complicated. However, if you do not have certain network knowledge, I suggest you let others play with you :)

2. Paas:

That is, to provide services through the platform, Microsoft's azure and Sina's SAE. If you are using a cloud computing platform such as hadoop, this can also be regarded as Paas. I have used hadoop for a while, it is not as magical as it is in the legend, and it cannot be started due to temporary file directory problems. Such a cloud platform is still young.

3. SaaS:

This kind of service has been available for a long time. For example, the former IM is such a service. Users can provide you with a variety of functions :), Google gae, however, individual members are not provided for free. Otherwise, you can use Gae to create SAAS. Some time ago, you used the gleasy Personal desktop system provided by a company in Hangzhou to better understand the concept of SAAS, however, this system is still immature. We have to look forward to the future.
