Since Office 2007, many colleagues have consulted me about the problems with Excel charts, especially one of them: a chart effect with a double coordinate system. Because I was not very understanding of the specific needs of the people, and therefore did not give timely answers, after a detailed understanding of the specific needs of colleagues: two coordinate systems, one side of the specific value of the coordinates, the other side shows the percentage. Now demonstrate the specific process as follows:

The first step is to write the following data in A, B and C columns respectively

Percentage of sales

A1 22 10%

A2 23 11%

A3 21 10%

A4 25 12%

A5 43 20%

A6 27 13%

A7 28 13%

A8 24 11%

Step Two: Select the data, click Insert | Column chart | "Two-dimensional column chart" to generate a column chart

Step three: Click to select the chart, click Format | series: Percent | format selection, select secondary axis in the pop-up interface

Step Fourth: Click Design | change Chart type | Select the line chart.
