Create a vmkernel Network

Vmkernel network interfaces provide network connections for hosts and process VMware vmotion, IP memory, and fault tolerance.

The process of moving virtual machines between hosts is migration. With vmotion, You can migrate powered-on virtual machines without stopping services, but you must set the correct vmkernel network connection stack to adapt to vmotion. IP memory refers to any form of memory for esxi using TCP/IP networks. Because these memory types are based on the network, they can use the same vmkernel interface and port group. To create a vmkernel network, follow these steps.
