1. How many types of data are there currently? What platform is it generated from? What is the storage medium? Data levels for all types of data?

2. Current status of basic data
Is there a master data system for managing or dispersing the underlying data (personnel information, product information, etc.) across business systems to be maintained in different business systems?

3. Is there a department or team that manages data?
The pattern of data management? Are departments managed or dispersed in different departments or in different business systems?
If there is a centralized management of the data, is there a unified specification?
Does the source of each data have a good data dictionary document?

4. Quality of data
Do you detect or audit the quality of data in your current sources? If so, what are the data quality conditions of each source?

5. Integration of data
Does the enterprise have data integration at present?
If so, what is the Data warehouse or data mart? Update cycle of data?

6. Status of use of data
Do you have a full-time data analysis department?
Is there a data application? such as the BI platform, if so, what is it?
