Docker machine is a command-line tool that simplifies Docker installation, and can install Docker on the appropriate platform via a simple command line, such as VirtualBox virtual machines, azure, and so on. The official Docker machine icon:

Note: Currently Docker machine is still in development and there is not a stable version. In the Mac, Linux and other mainstream platform, actually do not need Docker machine tools to install Docker, you can directly install. Because there is no Docker on the windowsserver, you need to use Dockertool to install it, this dockertool will install Docker-machine by default. Docker installed on different Linux platforms, the use of Docker machine can be unified installation, personal feeling on the CentOS installation is the most convenient.
