First, set the layer text.

The set layer text action replaces the content and formatting of an existing layer on the page with what you specify. This content can include any valid HTML source code. You can format content by including HTML tags in the new HTML text box in the Set Layer Text dialog box.

Steps to implement:

Select Insert-->> Layout object-->> layer. Enter the text you want in the layer, open the Behavior panel, and select "Set Text"-->> "set layer text" from "actions". As shown in figure
