1. Download Cygwin and install

: http://www.cygwin.cn/site/install/

Select the installation path and click Next

　　　　

Select Direct connection

　　　　

Select Site Here I choose to use 163 address:http://mirrors.163.com/cygwin/

Special Note: It is important to choose to install g++ and GCC is not installed by default

Then the next step is good ...

And then we open Eclipse>help>install New software.

I entered the CDT with the name.

Location Input http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/9.2

The eclipse will automatically download the CDT for you .....

After you restart Eclipse, click Open Perspective to see that C/C + + proves the installation is successful, then you can write a program
