ERP system cannot be logged on

In the original XP, the 2003 Server was installed on the base, and the system prompts: Can not find ctmetr32.ocx in system folder.

Note: This file is available in Windows/system32/and Windows/system, and it is useless to log on again.

Reregister ctmetr32.ocx: regsvr32 ctmetr32.ocx. login is useless.

Register regsvr32 C:/Windows/system/ctmetr32.ocx and login again.

I think the reason is:ProgramRestricted. Find ctmetr32.ocx under C. XP is in C.

Windows 2003 Server is under D, so this problem occurs.
