In an Excel worksheet, we often copy data from one cell or range to another location. There are many ways to replicate Excel tabular data, most fundamentally by using the Copy/Paste command in the Edit menu or right mouse button, or by using the shortcut keys CTRL + C and CTRL + V. In fact, there is a little-known way, so that we can use the most time-saving and labor-saving operation to achieve rapid data replication. The following example introduces this technique to you.
1. For example, we want to copy the contents of the a13:e21 shown in Figure 1 to the a1:e9. First select A13:e21.

2. Move the mouse pointer over the black border of the selected area until the mouse pointer changes to the shape shown in Figure 2.

3. Then press the right mouse button to drag the mouse, when moved to A1:e9, release the right button, appear as shown in Figure 3 menu, click "Link here."

This enables a quick copy of the selection, as shown in Figure 4.

Extrapolate: Careful readers will notice that, as shown in Figure 3, there are many other commands in the right-click menu that are related to replication and movement, and can be implemented using the methods described above if you want to implement these related operations later.
