Failed jobs because of past close date, closing ticket error

Today's accounting reflects no work orders. Our company's procedures for closing work orders are self-developed, can be the whole batch off. The following error is reported. I tried to use the Standad program to shut it down. It seems that we have a problem with the program we develop. Later found that is thrown into the wip_dj_close_temp of the actual_close_date data there is a problem, as long as there is no time and seconds, will be error. Check your own development of the program, found in the code has a judgment, time is the last day of the month, time is thrown trunc (sysdate). After removing this judgment, the program returns to normal after all the sysdate are thrown.
