Open the chassis check to find that the fan is working during the boot process. The problem with the BIOS program is suspected, but the failure persists after the CMOS memory is cleared. The failure disappears when the fan is replaced. The reason for this failure is that some CPU cooling fan does not have the function of speed detection, the plug to provide fan status information does not work, causing the BIOS mistakenly thought that the fan stop or slow speed, and the alarm.
