Fdisk cannot partition a mobile hard disk-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For more information, see the following. I want to partition a 244.6 GB mobile hard disk. I already have two partitions, one 108 GB and the other GB. I want to re-partition the memory G. fdisk/dev/sdc2 (press enter ), n (press enter), p (press enter), Partition number is 1 by default, start sector default, Last sector + 5G, then w save and exit when there is a problem, the problem is as follows:

The partition table has been altered!
Calling ioctl () to re-read partition table.

WARNING: Re-reading the partition table failed with error 22: invalid parameter.
The kernel still uses the old table. The new table will be used
The next reboot or after you run partprobe (8) or kpartx (8)
Syncing disks.
