Fix JMeter plugin ERROR:java.io.IOException:Agent is unreachable via TCP error

When collecting receipts using the JMeter PerfMon Metrics collector plugin, data is not collected to report the following error:

1 ERROR: java.io.IOException: Agent is unreachable via TCP

Or

1 ERROR: java.io.IOException: Agent is unreachable via UDP

This is used for the default port 4444 to be occupied, to replace the other ports, for example, specify TCP to 3401,UDP as 3401

1 ./startAgent.sh --tcp-port 3401 --udp-port 3402 --sysinfo
