Introduction: A method used to describe two differences in the number of objects used in comparison. For example, the amount of the first sample and the second sample is 50/10, then FC (Ratio) is 5, and vice versa is 0.2.

Using this method to analyze the data of the microarray illustrates:

1) It is meaningful to change the expression from the absolute value of the gene expression;

2) This method can indicate whether the gene expression changes significantly;

3) This model can be used for filtering of valid data.
