| Step 1: Download and save the greeting card Template |
| Before sending beautiful, personalized, and distinctive e-cards to friends, we need to make some preparations. Click the "Download e-card template" link above to save the compressed package of the greeting card template on your computer. Decompress the template package (figure 1 ). |

| We need to use the Outlook mail software to send greeting cards, so we need to put the template file we need (usually an image in GIF format and an HTML document) copy to outlook to save the directories of various email templates. Copy the two files (Figure 2) and paste them to C:/program files/common files/Microsoft shared/stationery.Directory (Figure 3 ). |

| Step 2: Set outlook options |
| After saving the template file to be used, we can use it in the mail software. Open the outlook masterProgramIn the "Tools" menu, set "options" (figure 4 ). |

| In the "write" column, select the letter used for the new email, click the check box in front of the item, and then click "select (Browse)" on the right) "button (figure 5) |

| Now we can see all the available stationery templates under the stationery directory, including the e-card templates we just saved. Click "OK" and select "use" this greeting card template "(figure 6 ). |

| Go back to the "options" menu and click "application" or "OK" to save the settings for the new mail in Outlook (figure 7 ). |

| The preparation is complete. |

| Step 3: Send a greeting card through a link on the webpage |
| Now we can send e-cards to friends and family! Click the "send e-card" link at the top of this page to open a new email (figure 8 ). |

| Fill in the New Year's greeting, the recipient's email address, and then write a striking email title. This e-card is complete! (* ^-^ *) |

| Step 4: if the new email opened by the link is blank ...... |
| The system settings of each computer are always different. Sometimes the link above this page may not be able to perform the same function on different computers. At this time, there may be ten situations: |

| Don't worry. This is only because the system fails to call the greeting card template. It is easy to solve this problem. As long as we have completed the preparations for Step 1 and step 2, we can send e-cards even without the "send greeting card" link on the webpage. |
| After completing step 2, skip step 3 and click "new email" on the left of outlook's main interface (figure 11 ). |

| Alternatively, open the format drop-down menu and select the saved greeting card from the "app stationery" (Fig 12, in this example, the greeting card name is "e-card "). |
