First step: Open-Start Control Panel Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, find the application pool in the tree list on the left

Second step: Right-click on the "Set Application pool Defaults" Pop-up menu in the list on the right.

The third step: Find the "Identification" tab, click on the right square button, pop up the "Application Identity" dialog box "built-in account" in the drop-down menu to select "LocalSystem", and then restart the IIS server, this problem has been completely resolved.
