The solution is as follows:
Open the "SDK command prompt" under the "Microsoft. NET Framework SDK V2.0" directory in the Start menu, and then run "aspnet_regiis-r" in the command prompt.

 

If you only install the. NET Framework, you can run the same command in the following directory.: % SystemRoot % "Microsoft. NET" Framework "v2.0.50727

 

If vs2010 and vs2008. are installed again, the Framework Version of the released website is the main version !!
