IIS Log Report connections_refused the solution to the problem _win server

File Location: C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\HTTPERR\httperr1.log

I. Description of the problem

The previous normal ASP Web site is not open today, the site is deployed under IIS. Displays "Connections_refused" by looking for IIS log file "Httperr.log" information

2, the use of Microsoft Official solution for the registration table in the Enableaggressivememoryusage value set to 1 to resolve. The specific methods are as follows:

1.1, enter the registration form, enter the specific item: Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\http\parameters
1.2, new DWORD value, enter name "Enableaggressivememoryusage"
1.3, the modified value is 1.
1.4, start-run, input cmd. Enter the cmd window.
1.5, execution: net stop http/y
1.6, the implementation: Iisreset/restart
