Install and uninstall Windows 7 flagship 32-bit Oracle 10 GB

I installed Oracle10g on Win7. Although I have prepared many materials, I still encountered an error. I installed it twice and uninstalled it again, it took nearly four hours to install cancel10g on Win7. In this process, I encountered some problems and errors and wrote them into a document. 1. Oracle database installation (Server Installation, not Client installation)

Original principle: Oracle has not released any version for windows 7 so far. During version check, it is prompted that oracle currently does not support windows OS with version 6.1. Download oracle 10g for vista and windows 2008 x86 for windows from the oracle official website supports the vista kernel. The windows 7 kernel is similar to the windows and vista kernels, after the above modifications, you can bypass the Oracle System Version Check and install it normally!

Step 2: Set the compatibility modes of the folders \ db \ Disk1 \ setup.exe and db \ Disk1 \ install \ oui.exe by right-clicking the selected file and clicking "properties ", set the compatibility mode to Vista SP2.
