Many enterprises are engaged in knowledge management and recognize the importance of knowledge assets in the enterprise. People can leave their knowledge, but they must leave their knowledge, in the case of frequent changes in enterprise personnel, the knowledge management system has become the highlight of many enterprises' informatization.

However, after many enterprises have implemented the knowledge management system, they find that their enterprise's knowledge management is not as good as they originally imagined. In fact, knowledge management requires system implementation, but I feel that the more important thing is that the system must be put in place first. In the field of knowledge management, we have clearly verified a sentence of "Management + it" and "Management first, the IT follow-up strategy should be required by enterprise knowledge management.

Building an enterprise's knowledge management process and knowledge management system is necessary. Only after the process and system are completed can the system be implemented in the knowledge management system. The problem is that there is no knowledge management process in the enterprise. Do you want to build a separate process for this system? In fact, I think of a sentence from Mr. Wang yurong: "process pipeline and knowledge live water". We need to examine the existing business processes and find the important inputs and outputs in each process, effective management of these input and output products should be the first step in knowledge management.

What is input? The input should be the standards and requirements of the enterprise. We may also be collectively referred to as templates. Where do these templates come from? This is a summary of our output products. In this way, we find that enterprise processes may be managed by the ERP system, and their input and output products may be managed by the knowledge management system. Is this very fragmented? Yes, from this perspective, I agree that the business system and the knowledge management system should actually be a whole (note that a whole doesn't mean a system ), the goal is to serve the business of the enterprise. From this perspective, to do a good job in enterprise knowledge management, you must first be proficient in the business.

Speaking of this, can we draw a conclusion: the knowledge management system is directly related to the optimization of enterprise information, where information optimization includes: the "process standardization, institutional culture, data formatting, and conference standardization" construction has completed these four transformations, so that knowledge management can effectively support the business development of enterprises, in order to truly play the role of knowledge inheritance for enterprises.
