Linux RHEL 5 hard disk installation is super simple

Place the Linux installation package in the root directory of drive D. Drive D should be FAT32; otherwise, it cannot be identified. Unlike Suse, Suse can be placed under a disk in NTFS format, when I recently installed centos 59 or later, I found that the ISO package should not be decompressed.

Decompress the isolinux folder in rhel5 to the root directory of drive D.

Restart:

Select grub for DOS, enter grub, and enter:

> Kernel (hd0, 4)/isolinux/vmlinuz
> Initrd (hd0, 4)/isolinux/initrd. img

> Boot

Start the installation and start the installation. Note that the installation image may be hd5.

The FTP installation process is attached, and Linux centos 5.9 is installed through FTP.

Decompress all the ISO files on the host to a folder. Here, I will perform the E: \ ftp_linux operation. If the file is repeated, overwrite the file.

Install the filezilla server, create the username and password ZTE, set the shared folder to an edisk, and remember to be the root directory of the edisk.
