2, input text graphics:

5, clone other legend:

6, creating animation:
Press the CTRL + a key to select all graphics, click Modify→symbol→tweeninstances ... option, enter the step (Steps) as 3 in the pop-up dialog box, click to select the Distributetoframes option, and then click the OK button. When we open the frame panel, we can see that fireworks has automatically added a lot of frames, so far, our rotation animation has finished half.
7, add decorated graphic:
Click Frame 1th in the frame panel (Frames), click the Canvas blank, and deselect all the shapes. Click the Oval tool to set the brush color to colorless (None) and the paint barrel color to red. In the Stroke panel, select the Fill method to none. Select cone in the Fill panel, and click the Edit button to adjust the gradient to a red, yellow gradient, and hold down the SHIFT key to draw a circle in the text on the canvas and center it (the way to center the circle: Press CTRL + A to select all the shapes, and then select the alignment on the top toolbar). 8, copy the circle and its effect to other frames:
