How do I migrate a Java project from Maven to Gradle? Gradle integrates a handy plugin: Build Init Plugin, which makes it easy to create a new Gradle project or convert other types of projects to gradle projects.

To convert a MAVEN project to a Gradle project, simply execute the following command in the same directory as the project's Pom file:

$ gradle init--type Pom

The above command automatically generates the files and configuration required for the Gradle project based on the Pom file, and then re-imports it as a Gradle project.
