1. Download MongoDB
MongoDB provides precompiled binary packages for 32-bit and 64-bit systems that you can download from the MongoDB official website, MongoDB precompiled binary Package: Https://www.mongodb.com/download-center#community. Note: Windows XP systems are no longer supported after the MongoDB 2.2 release. The latest version also has no installation files for the 32-bit system.
2. Installing MongoDB
I downloaded the mongodb-win32-x86_64-2008plus-ssl-3.6.4-signed.msi, click on the installation, click on Custom to modify the installation directory
The installation process was stuck due to the fact that the default installation was to include MongoDB compass, this package, this package is about 180MB, and the download is very slow, leading to the so-called "card dead". If you choose a custom installation and do not install MongoDB compass, it is easy to install, and if you want to use MongoDB compass, you can use it separately from another website. But I didn't find MongoDB compass, so I downloaded the 3.4 version of http://downloads.mongodb.org/win32/mongodb-win32-x86_ 64-2008plus-ssl-v3.4-latest-signed.msi?_ga=2.7045623.410933966.1512521590-461885398.1512521590.
