Nginx Proxy static Resource report 403

With Tomcat ran an upload service, file upload to the specified nginx HTML directory, with Nginx proxy static resources, the results upload can be successful, access is reported 403.

Workaround, change the HTML owner to nobody:

chown -R nobody/usr/local/nginx/html

or add it to the Nginx profile nginx.conf

Use root;

Then refresh the Nginx configuration

/usr/local/nginx/bin/nginx-s Reload
