In LinuxSource codeOfProgramClerk, should be no stranger to the hacker. Its low latency, low consumption, and other advantages have attracted many people's attention, because many of the platforms we are developing now are designed to refer to this communication mechanism, so I spent a lot of time getting familiar with it. During this period of study, I will take a note of what else I will introduce today.
What is ghost?
The inter-process communication mechanism is essentially a mechanism for desktop applications, that is, the so-called IPC Mechanism. Suitable for the same machine, not suitable for the Internet IPC Mechanism. Compaction is not a general IPC Mechanism for all possible applications and does not support many features of other IPC Mechanisms. Middleware provides a low-latency and low-consumption IPC communication because it uses a binary data exchange protocol and does not need to be converted to regionalized data for exchange, NLP provides packaging for Multiple object systems. It can be used in the original object-oriented application framework without learning new concepts and specifications.
Middleware supports one-to-one and multiple-to-many peer communication. In one-to-one direct communication, the two applications are connected together, which is the simplest way to work. In multi-to-many communication, this requires a role called the role backend to split, an application sends a message to another application, first to the background, then, the background will send the information to the target application. Here, the ingress backend acts as a vro.
Dbus includes system update notifications, such as inserting new device notifications and new software installation notifications. It can interact with desktop applications and act as a file system monitor and configuration server.
