In an in-depth study, the author found that in some components of Office 2010 (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), you can set the page display scale, to adjust the size of the Office components visualization to take care of the various eyes of users. Of course, the effect of zoom adjustment applies only to the display size of the document, and does not affect the actual printing effect. The way to set the display scale for Office 2010 pages includes the following (in this case, Word 2010, for example):

This one was developed for Office 2007, but we can also apply it to Office 2010.
