User Management

user management is primarily defined and set up for users.

Tips : Admin can manage all user data, non- Admin You can manage the users under your own organization.

1. Add User

from the admin menu on the left, click "Add" to enter.

enter the relevant properties and click "Save".

Tips :

1) users can belong to multiple departments at the same time.

2) users can grant multiple roles at the same time.

2. Edit User

Select the user you want to edit, and click the Edit button below, such as "test".

Note : Only one user can be selected for editing at the same time.

after filling in the relevant properties, click "OK".

3. User Authorization

user authorization manages the roles that this user can use.

Select the user you want to authorize, click the authorization button below, such as "test".

Note : Only one user can be selected for authorization at the same time.

Select or uncheck the relevant roles and click the "OK" button.

4. User enabled

from the admin menu on the left, click on user management to enter the user management list, select the user to enable, click the Enable button below, such as "test".

Tips : You can select multiple users to enable them at the same time.

Select the user you want to enable and then click the "Enable" button.

5. User Disabled

from the admin menu on the left, click on user management to enter the user management list, select the users who need to be disabled, click the Disable button below, such as "test".

Tips : You can also select multiple users to disable.

Select the user you want to disable and then click the "Disable" button.

6. user Reset password

from the admin menu on the left, click User Management to enter the user management list, select the user who needs to reset the password, and click the Reset Password button below, such as "test".

Tips : You can also select multiple users to reset the password.

Select the required Reset Password user and then click " Reset Password "button.

Enter a new password and click the "OK" button.

7. User Delete

from the admin menu on the left, click on user management to access the User management list, select the users who need to delete, click the Delete button below, such as "test".

Tips : You can select more than one user at a time to delete.

Click the "delete" button

In order to prevent the user from Misoperation, the system will prompt the user to confirm, click "OK" button to complete the delete operation.
