The main contents of this update are
1. Add commonaction.php Public Controller file
2. When quoting other people's published information, the quoted person receives the message notification

Why can't I add a function to a public file common.php, and create a public controller?
is because common.php does not inherit the Youyax class and cannot invoke the required function with $this.
commonaction.php static methods inside this can call non-static methods in the Youyax class, but cannot invoke non-static variables.
