Oracle 11g r2 Enterprise Manager (EM) in Chinese language environment,

Some functions (such as querying database instances that contain time: orcl> Guidance Center> SQL optimization Overview: SQL _TUNING_1419222457832 will report an error) are essentially caused by incomplete international operations, the generated date format is not compatible with the background java processing program.

I have not found a method to adjust the background processing to a date compatible with Chinese characters. The corresponding method is to adjust the management page to an English interface.

 

The core idea is to adjust the preferred language of the browser:

Firefox's adjusted path is: tool --> Option --> content --> language selection --> (put English/American en/US) in the first order, and then start EMManager, all functions with time format errors can be used normally.
