This assumes that the original library and the target data file, log files and so on all the file storage structure is identical;
Configure the main library, standby static monitoring, the main library in archive mode, and force logging
1. Make the necessary changes to the master database.
A. Enable force logging.
B. If there is no password file, create a password file.
C. Create an alternate redo log.
D. Modify the parameter file to make it suitable for Dataguard.
2. Make sure the sql*net connection is normal.
3. Use the backup file.
