Oracle Troubleshooting: EMCTL start Dbconsole encountered an error: oc4j Configuration issue

1. Today launch a centos6.5 Oracle 11G 11.2.0.1.0 under Emctl start dbconsole Error: oc4j Configuration issue.

Take the reconfiguration shared_pool_size and hjob_quequ_processes sys oracle , modify parameters:
