Select Background copy layer status point by menu bar filter surface blur set the parameters to 5 in the pop-up menu to adjust the parameters appropriately according to the preview effect

For a spot defect that is not covered by a surface blur, you can click the Patch tool in the Toolbox and press the ALT key to point to the skin with no blemishes near the spot. The purpose is to sample and then move the cursor over the spot, click the mouse to overlay the spot position image with the sample position

Switch to channel Panel select the red channel point to load the channel as a selection, or ctrl-click the Red channel, and then switch to the layers panel

Right-click in the selection to select the feather feather value set to 5 point in the pop-up menu to determine

Press CTRL+J to create a layer on a selection to set the surface fuzzy parameters again in a new layer this will make the skin appear soft and white.

Show two layers below add a mask mask color set to black for the newly generated layer alt or Ctrl+delete settings for the foreground color or background color and then select a white soft corner brush to smear the skin over and over again to show the top layer through the further blur of the delicate skin

Press Atrl+alt+shift+e to seal all visible layers get layer 2 Click Path Noise Add noise command set the parameters as shown below and then set the emboss command parameter in the filter style to the following figure click OK

Add a mask to Layer 2 and smear the mask with a black brush as shown in the following illustration

Select all layers Add adjustment curve adjustment layer Adjust the curve up to the actual effect
