PictureBox adding scroll bars

In one project you need to add a scrollbar to PictureBox, as I have done with the web, put PictureBox on a panel, set the panel's AutoScroll to Ture, The SizeMode of PictureBox is set to AutoSize, but after this setting, the scroll bar does not appear as expected.
