PLSQL9.2 cannot connect to the Oracle database. When Oacle11g is installed on the system and Oacle10g is installed on the client, plsql is used to connect to the database.

PL/SQL 9.2 cannot connect to the Oracle database. When the system is installed with Oacle 11 GB and the client is installed with Oacle 10 Gb, when pl/SQL is used to connect to the database, the connection fails. The reason is that the oracle home directory specified by pl/SQL is the default 10 Gb directory. Therefore, you need to modify the oracle home Directory value of pl/SQL as follows:
1. First input pl/SQL
2. Click "edit"
3. Select PL/SQL beatufier Options ..
4. In the displayed window, select connection under oracle. The interface is shown in.
5. In the right box of the image, set the image to oracle 11g.
6. Restart pl/SQL. The connection is successful.
