Select the text you want to convert, right-->selection->uppercase or lowercase, either uppercase or lowercase.

Set case shortcut keys

In the toolbar, tools->preferences, in the user interface option->key configuraction, and then in the list of item find Edit/session/uppercase or edit/ Session/lowercase, select, press the key of your keyboard to set shortcut keys.

Finally, click Apply, you can!
