Print hidden text and document properties in Word 2007

For Word documents that contain hidden text, hidden text cannot be printed by default. If the user needs to print hidden text in the Word2007 document, you can enable the Print hidden text feature as follows:

Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window, and click the Office Button → Word Options button, as shown in Figure 2012040207.

Step 2nd, open the Word Options dialog box and switch to the Show tab. In the Print Options area, select the Print hidden text check box and click the OK button, as shown in Figure 2012040208.

This setting method also applies to printing document properties in Word2007 (such as document creation date, last modified date, and so on), simply by selecting the Print Document properties check box in the Print options area.
