I seldom review my source motivation, methods, and habits for learning. According to the author of "programming those things", a part of thinking is in an unactivated stage, or, as another author says, thinking enters the comfort zone for the environment or well-known things, and imperceptible. The ultimate goal of learning is to practice. The skillful skill of the old man selling oil comes from the means of "there is no such thing, only hand-cooked ears.
The purpose of learning programming is to develop programs, software, and systems. To write a good program, you need to write a lot of code and debug it repeatedly.

The purpose of learning Yoga is to achieve a balance, flexibility, and a natural sense of unity. You must practice it yourself.
The purpose of learning sentiment management is to understand and manage emotions, and to practice in various conflicts.

How to practice? Each object has different methods.
