[Project management] How to write good project acceptance material

An IT project is over, and the acceptance materials are generally reported. From what angle to write good acceptance material?

Generally speaking, a good acceptance material should contain at least the following content:

1, the overall outline of the project: What system is deployed, what is the architecture? Why choose this system?

2, the implementation process:

What has actually been done, what stages of the implementation process, and what specific work has been done.

3. Results of implementation:

After the implementation of the above work, what results have been obtained, what effect? What level has it reached?

Other aspects:

1, the test process before acceptance: What method, test what, verify what, there is no loopholes.

2, the Project experience Summary:

3, for the user, the follow-up how to use the project results better work, what good advice?
