member functions and properties that are decorated with private can be used inside the class, but cannot be used outside of the class
member functions and properties that are decorated with protect can be used inside the package, but cannot be used outside the package (see supplemental instructions)
member functions and properties that are decorated with public can be used globally

For the 2nd, the parent class object is protect decorated property, in different packages, cannot be called by the parent class object, can only be called by the inheritance relationship.
